‘Coaching’ as a therapeutic tool
Hannelie received training in DC USA from the founder of the ADHD specific Coaching model, Jodi Sleeper Triplet. She uses this as one of the tools to assist individuals who struggle with challenges that are related to ADHD. She is also a member of the International Society for Coaching Psychology (ISCP)
What is ADHD coaching/support?
ADHD coaching/support is a designed partnership that combines skills and knowledge of the neurobiological condition known as Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).
Hannelie assists the client to develop, internalise and integrate his/her own tools, education and self-knowledge to direct and manage life and work challenges. The goal is to collaboratively explore strengths, talents, tools and new learning to increase self-awareness and personal empowerment. Therapist and client design strategies and actions and monitor progress by creating accountability in line with goals and aspirations.
